Do you really take 0% commission?

Yes. We never take a percentage of your transactions. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of every payment. The only other cost is the blockchain network gas fee, paid to the network, not to settlebolt.

Which assets and networks do you support?

USDC, USDT and DAI on supported EVM networks, plus native ETH on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync Era, Linea and Scroll. Each checkout shows the exact token, network and receiving wallet before the customer pays.

How fast do I get paid?

Funds settle directly to your connected wallet the moment a payment confirms on chain. No holds, no payout schedule.

What's the difference between the plans?

The card grid above shows the limits. Starter includes links, invoices, WooCommerce, and basic reporting. Pro adds API access, webhooks, Telegram, WhatsApp, analytics, audit logs, and a custom domain. Business adds higher capacity, 10 seats, roles and permissions, onboarding, and priority technical support.

What counts as a successful payment?

A successful payment is any confirmed payment through an invoice, payment link, checkout, WooCommerce, or API. Drafts, failed payments, expired links, and test-mode payments do not count.

Will a large customer payment get blocked?

No. We do not hard-block customer checkouts because one payment is large. If you exceed your plan repeatedly, we will ask you to upgrade. Payment volume is used to show ROI and savings, not as a hard cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops renewal immediately, you will not be charged again for that subscription, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do my customers need a crypto wallet?

Yes. Your customer pays from a wallet that holds the selected asset on the selected network. If they don't have one yet, wallets like Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask are free to set up in minutes.

What's a stablecoin and why should I care?

A stablecoin like USDC is a digital currency pegged 1:1 to a fiat currency, so €1 in USDC is designed to track €1. SettleBolt also supports native ETH with a live quote at checkout, so customers see the exact ETH amount before paying.

How do refunds work?

Because payments settle directly to your wallet, refunds are a manual on chain transfer back to the customer's address. SettleBolt shows you the sender's address on every transaction so refunds are straightforward. We're building a guided refund flow and it is on the roadmap.

Are there any setup fees or long term contracts?
